Nick the Greek challenges Johnny Moss to a "Battle of the Titans" poker match that lasted 5 months, as the contestants only stopped to sleep and pee.
Eating was not allowed. Huge crowds followed the legendary event night after night. In the end, Nick the Greek died at the table.
At the time of his demise, the Greek was holding a full house of tens and fives, now known as "The Dead Greek's Hand."
Since he was dead, the Greek could not match Moss' last raise. Moss was bluffing with a pair of twos and won the $2 million pot.
