Thousands Flock To House With "Miracle" Full House
Traveling hundreds of miles by foot or yak through mountainous terrain, thousands of tribal Yakistanians are gathering at the home of blacksmith Slazva Yveromzki to witness an apparition many are calling a poker miracle.

Local villagers say that amid the sparkling crystals of an ice-crusted window on the first floor of Yveromski's humble abode, you can make out the figure of a poker hand — three queens and a pair of eights — a full house. "The full house is very distinct," said Slazva's 13-year old daughter Zerba through a translator.

"You can see the beautiful women adorned in majestic attire. They are queens from the Yakistanian past. The pair of eights is glorious, too — a spade and a club. It's a blessing."

The fact the full house first appeared on Vornzba Day — the date Yakistan was liberated from neighboring Uleblanstan in the year 966, added to the mystery.

Indeed, the Yveromzki's were dealt a very good hand. As is Yakistanian custom when such rare events occur, villagers are leaving precious gifts below the kitchen window, including chickens, livestock, and umen — a local root used for fermentation.

Ironically, a few kilometers away in the village of Yanksa, three tens appeared on the icy window of leather tanner Llada Bpopi and as a result only one person showed up to his house.

"That bastard Slazva is getting all the attention, all the umen and I get diddly squat," he said, visibly angry.

"I get three tens and he beats me with a full house. I have no luck," he added.
